NeoCollect's Copyright Infringement Policy

NeoCollect respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask that you (“you” or the “User”) do the same.  It is important that users only post or upload content (including images, video, or music) that they own – and not content owned by others.

NeoCollect in its sole discretion may remove the content of users who infringe on other’s intellectual property rights.  In addition, it is NeoCollect’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of NeoCollect and/or others.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please forward the following notification, including all requested information, to the NeoCollect Copyright Agent as provided below:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • An exact description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located (such as an URL);
  • An address, telephone number, and email address where the complaining party can be contacted;
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
