Reverse:  Statue of Liberty torso, right, and a group of nine ethnic subjects, left and below.  Above:  I LIFT/MY LAMP/BESIDE//THE/GOLDEN//DOOR//TAMS 16TH/ANNUAL/CONVENTION/NEW YORK

Edge:  Mostly reeded, with STERLING, the Franklin Mint Logo, 76, and P (Proof)
