Condition Comments: This is the only coin (or medal) I own where I've disagreed with NGC. Their notation is improperly cleaned, and I can't see it. I look for the parallel hairlines and can't really find any that indicate cleaning. Possibly they have other tests, but I've saw other coins with more indication, but have been graded. Oh well....
