Silver. Obverse is an armored bust of Francis Christopher de Levi, Duc de Dampville. The inscription around names him PROREX AMERICAE (''Viceroy of America''). Reverse shows De Dampville's arms beneath a ducal coronet. The only medal struck for an intendant of La Nouvelle France (Canada). Dies by I. HARDY F Restike 1860-79 Bee and Argent.
