Great Britian, 1739. Admiral Vernon medal, Porto Bello, McCormick-Goodhart #33, listed as a scarce variety in the series, Adams & Chao PBv 9-F,  listed as R-6.   Vernon 1/2 length, facing 1/2 left with 3/4 face to left.  The legend reads Admiral Vernon Took Porto Bello.  His finger points to the left of D in Admiral.  The reverse six ships of which 3 are within the harbor and 3 outside.  The legend reads With Six Ships Only Nov 22 1739.  The legend reads around with the date 1739 at the bottom appearing upside down.  A spire is the right of I of Ships.  Size is 26 mm and weight 3.85 grams.
