Great Britian, 1739. Admiral Vernon medal, Porto Bello, McCormick-Goodhart #37,  Adams & Chao PBv 12-J,  listed as R-5.   The obverse shows Vernon 1/2 length,  facing 1/2 left.  The legend reads Admiral Vernon Took Porto Bello.  His finger points at DM of Admiral.  The reverse shows ships entering Porto Bello with six ships configured in two rows.  The top row of two and the bottom row of four with the ship on the far right higher.  The legend reads With Six Ships Only. In the exergue is the date Nov 22 1739.  The roof of a large building is under the H of With.  The reverse land is stippled by the forts.  Listed as a scarce variety in the catalog.  The size is a just shy of 34 mm, and weight is 11 grams.
