Panama 1/2 c 1907 Struck Off Center & Double Date

Panama, 1907. 1/2c struck about 5% to 10% off center.  The date is also doubled as well as Republica De Panama, but most readily seen on Repub.   Size is 17 mm and slightly under measured in different position.  The weight is 2.53 grams.  Condition is about E.F. .
