Obverse reads NCO Open in the center with AAIC above and Mess below.  The AAIC stands for Atlantic Area Installation Command, based in Fort Davis and also used at Fort Gulick.  Listed by Plowman as being issued in 1970 and his catalog #MT-35.05.  Asociacion Numismatico #F-9, Cunningham CZ130a, Curto SC237-5, Henkle CZ49, Plumer p.1.  Aluminum, size 22 mm and weight 1.10 grams.
