Canal Zone, Date unknown, possibly pre-1970. Brass token.  Obverse reads NCO Club, Fort Kobbe.  Lifeliners in quotes with a design above and below.  The reverse reads 10c In Trade.  The token is holed in the center.  Size is a little over 25 mm, and weight 4.19 grams.  Asociacion Numismatico F-147, Cunningham CZ280b, Curto F83-10, Henkle CZ-57, Plowman MT-91.10, Plumer p.4.
