Used at michigan encampment, 1889. Crisp copper brown. The medal is of Ulysess S. Grant and looks to be uncirculated. This medal is 32mm in size. The back side says it is the 11th annual encampment held in Bay City, Michigan with dates of March 13,14,15 of 1889. It does have a loop and ring on the top.
