United states, 1799 date of front, but produced in 1858. Brass calendar medal with back still attached. 34mm medal with readable dates. I have a second one of these with the back spinner missing, but a nice front. In the books, this is known as Baker 387. Around the front side on the bottom is printed "The father of our country". Nice equestrian piece.
