Canal Zone, Panama, ca 1964-69. Plowman #CT-102.05. Obverse reads A.A.I.C. NCO Open Mess / Fort Davis, C.Z. / 23751B with Void if detached to the left. The words are black against a green background and the serial number in red. To the right 5 Cents in green against a black background box. A.A.I.C. Stands for Atlantic Area Installation Command. 5c green chit, this one being somewhat faded in color. Serial number 23751B, a pair of 2 chits, cancellation punches. The back side is blank. Overall the pair is about 46 mm high x 50.5 mm wide.
