Paris mint, 1886. This dedication piece was for the statue of liberty ceremony. This is the 38mm sized token.  they were sold by the united states people to create funds for the base of the statue of liberty.  they were minted in paris.  the ones without holes were deemed to be more collectible.  Liberty Enlightening the World is on the back.  The word BARBER is on the truncation of the neck, and no initials under the reverse scene.
