U.s. Mint, 1892. 26th national encampment medal for the citizens executive committee. This is an extremely exacting piece with much detail. The inscription on the front lists 1871 justitia omnibus. The back says G.A.R. Sept 1892. This piece would be in the uncirculated category except the someone filed off the loop on the top. The stars and details and lines are excellent.
