U.s. Mint, 1909. The dates on the front show up nicely, 1809 to 1909.  These dates start with the birth of Abe lincoln.  The back inscription is as follows.  "This medal was struck for the grand army of the republic in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln.  This medal was very well done with fine hair detail.  The inscription of the front says "with malice toward none, with charity for all. .this piece measures about 74mm.  This medal was designed by Jules Edouarg Roine.
