Cobsulado Gral. De Panama plaque

in Panama Misc Exonumia (currently in collection)
Panama, Date unknown, probably post 1930. Brass plaque Consulado General De Panama, measuring about 7 2/5" across x 7 1/2" tall.  Shows the Panama Coat Of Arms.  Around the Arms reads Consulado Gral. De Panama.  The brass has been painted black, red, white, and 2 shades of blue in areas.  The prior owner indicated this had been mounted to a building no longer in use.  The back side in the center has what appears to be a ground down mounting screw that would have secured the plaque to a building or wall.  An unusual item.
