Panama Merchant Chit, Bodega Cubas Viejas

 Panama, ca 1930's. Merchant chit, Plowman #CT-320.00, BODEGA / CUBAS VIEJAS / SU RON / PREDILECTO.  Most likely used in lieu of small change to purchase store items.  Size 38 mm x 30 mm, light cardboard, white w/purple ink, and ink stamp used.  Ex-Eugene Hamlin, Jr collection.  Gene collected these while he was living and working in the Canal Zone.  He felt they were from the time frame 1930's to 1940's. .
