Tournier at bottom left.   ML in small letters behind the neck.  Bust of Theodore Roosevelt facing left, a banner below inscribed Roosevelt.  A U.S. Flag on staff draped over his shoulder on right.  Mounted on a 4 3/4 x 3 3/4" wooden base. .
