Washington D.C. 1888 and 1892. Mount Vernon guide book and Rules and Regulations. The 1892 guide to mount vernon was created for the G.A.R. Members, and is 80 some pages with many good pictures and an excellent history of every room and area of the complex. the rules books give info to the members as they arrive at each encampment. a new reg book is produced each year for each location.
