1982 Gold 1/4B Piefort, Unofficial Coin

 Panama, 1982. 1/4B struck in.400 fine gold, piefort striking, edge not reeded, and thicker than a normal coin.  It is believed the gold piefort was struck using the original coin die, but unofficial.  Viewed as a medal or fantasy issue.  Listed in the KM catalog as #P-4.  Proof-like or proof condition, size 22 mm, and weight 13.64 grams.
