US, Shortly after GAR was started. B.F. Stephenson pictured as the founder. W.G. Veazey as commander in chief is also pictured on the front.  This is an uncirculated medal made of white metal.  On the back is pictured the GAR logo and the years 1861-1865.  One of the finest pieces in my emcampment collection.  This piece measures about 33mm and is holed.
