Us mint, 1912. Chicage bank advertising piece looking for deposits. This Liberty medal is nicely done with a very clear picture of the statue.  The backside reads "we accept this on deposit for 50cents if you open a new savings account of $2.00 or more leaving it here six months or longer at 3% interest.  not good after Jan. 15 1913".  The front lists an address of kedzie ave & 12th st.  This is unlisted in Gabriel book.  This nice piece measures about 32mm.
