Colombia / Panama 5 Pesos Banco Perez Y Planas ca 1865 Proof Banknote

 Colombia / Panama, ca 1865. Five Pesos banknote, Banco Perez Y Planas, Proof note with six small punch holes at the bottom.  The note has a tear, which a prior owner tried to repair using stamp hinges on the back side,  which I have not tried to remove.  In collecting Panama for over 47 years this is the only one I have observed.  Listed in Catalogo Numismatico De Panama as B-19 with the comment no known specimen.  Printed by American Bank Note Co. New York.
