Previously in collection: Cumberland Fire Society Shooting Award Medal. Probably Cumberland, Maine, 1831. Coin silver, hand engraved. Diameter 54mm, with ring for suspension. Obverse: CUMBERLAND. No. 8 1831 around a motif containing a lighted torch, a fire axe and a fire bucket, with date below. Reverse: Presented by the Cumberland Fire Society to John B. Anderson For Best Shot.
